Victoria Jane Nuland (born July 1, 1961) is an American diplomat who served as Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs from 2021 to 2024. A former member of the US Foreign Service, she served as *istant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs from 2013 to 2017 and the 18th U.S.
amb*ador to NATO from 2005 to 2008.
