Leonid Davidovich Bershidsky is a Russian Berlin-based journalist, publisher^[1] and columnist for Bloomberg View, the editorial division of Bloomberg News.^[2]

Bershidsky was born in Moscow to a Jewish family.^[3] He studied at, but did not finish, the Moscow State Linguistic University and the University of California.
