    In 1993, Nersisyan arrived in Mojaisk, a rural town in Russia, and joined the local "Borodino" collective farm as the head of an auxiliary workshop.

    The farm owned the famous Borodino Field, which inspired Nersisyan's vision. In partnership with farm chairman Viktor Lapkin, he proposed setting up a carbonated beverage production line.
